You’ll manage a team of operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of utilities operatives on site
Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Conduct site briefings and monitor team performance
Liaise with project managers and report progress
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Utilities Operative or similar role
Supervisory or team leadership experience in utilities or construction
Relevant tickets/certifications preferred (e.g., NRSWA, CSCS, IPAF)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solve on site
