About the Role
Natta Building Company are seeking pipelayers, groundworkers and 360 machine operators to join a new project in Colchester.
Key Responsibilities
Operate tools and machinery safely on site
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure
Work with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
Follow all health & safety procedures and industry regulations
Report progress and any issues to supervisors
Skills & Qualifications
CSCS card or equivalent construction site safety certification
dumper / roller / excavator tickets ideally
Basic understanding of construction operations
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions
